There was more information today about how the Bush Justice Department worked to keep Black voters from the polls in Ohio in 2004. I have this horrible feeling that the Republican Party joined by Scalia and Roberts is going to steal yet another election. Another worry is that Reid and Pelosi will just stand by and do nothing to stop it.
A Qwest CEO has said the NSA asked for customer phone records in February 2001, months before the WTC attacks. He said they turned down the government's request because it was illegal. To be fair, he is on trial for insider trading.
If he can prove this, it's more than a little disturbing.
