Within Bush's obscene appropriations bill currently before Congress is a line item that will fund outfitting B-2 bombers to carry new 30,000 pound non-nuclear bunker busting bombs. These weapons are capable of destroying hardened facilites buried deep underground. (Like in Iran?) Shrub can veto the S-CHIP program one week and then the next, ask for money to procure more tools for destruction. Madness.
