Is the Democratic Party of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi so cowardly and corrupt that it is beyond redemption?

Previous DQ: If you could say one thing to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid what would it be?
Answer (thanks to Lilith): I'm afraid the time for words is past. Time for pitchforks.

The short answer would of course be yes, but there are solutions, albeit drastic ones.

First flip a coin. Heads it's Reid, tails Pelosi. Lobotomize the loser and make them a janitor at the Capitol. See if that gets the other one's attention.

If that doesn't work, start at the top, age-wise, and start forcibly retiring Democrats.

Remember the immortal words of Max Frost: "What do you ask a 60-year-old man? - You ask him if he wants his wheelchair FACING the sun, or facing AWAY from the sun. But running the country? FORGET IT, babies!"

This current crop in Congress is past hope. I think the only thing to do is to not vote for any incumbent Dem--replace all of them who continue to enable the neocons and give them everything they want.

I'll still vote Democrat because the alternative is too hideous to contemplate, but not for any incumbents who've betrayed their trust.

Things are working just as well as when the Republicans held the majority in Congress. What exactly do you mean by "cowardly and corrupt?"

Cowardly and corrupt? I beg to differ, sir and/or ma'am. The Congress recently passed a resolution declaring the Iranian Republican Guard a terrorist organization. How is that cowardly? Damned brave of all of them to take the time from their cushy Washington cocktail parties and from funneling campaign contributions through their personal charitiable organizations to once again lay the groundwork for war. Damned brave of all of them to once again give this administration the ability to put other people's lives on the line to secure our country against potential threats like that of Iran learning how to build an A-bomb even though they may or may not actually be able to build one. Damned brave of all of them to ignore the Constitution and take impeachment off the table. Talk about standing up to pressure. It takes real guts to look the other way as the administration accumulates power to keep us safe. Cowardly and corrupt? I think not, sir and/or ma'am. Doubleplusgoodful, I'd say.
