Answer (thanks to Anonymous): Not unless a tornado hits Capitol Hill, swirls the building off to Oz, where it lands on and crushes Wicked Witch Mann Coulter. Then Dorothy Pelosi and Scarecrow Reid, along with Tin Man Kennedy and Cowardly Lion Murtha can all gaily skip down the Yellow Brick Road in search of the Wizard. He will return their spine (Pelosi), their testicles (Reid), their innocence (Kennedy) and their honor (Murtha). Of course, that stuff's only good in Oz, so when they click their heels together and return to Washington, it will all be only a dream.

Definitely alien invaders which would explain Bush's inability to speak English and Cheney's hatred for humans.
They're not exactly aliens; although they're not strictly "terrestrial," it's more precise to say that their actions are driven by features of your Universe that you Earth-Humans cannot readily observe. The method by which they process your Three-Dimensional space-time makes them more akin to the "Zombie" of the Haitian Vodoun traditions, or in more scientific terms, "entropic 5th Dimensional non-information-preserving dissipative systems governed by deterministic but irreversible thermodynamic processes." Zargoth of Nompiton 4 let them wander off unsupervised. If you think they're causing trouble where you are, Human, just imagine what utter havoc they've wrought here in the 5th Dimension. We're presently trying to determine how best to reboot your Earth-government safely and effectively.

It would be comforting if they were aliens, or somehow just insane. The sad truth is that they're cold-blooded criminals. Every bit of havoc they've created in our government, our country, and the rest of the world has been for profit. People who say they're incompetent miss the point. They've succeeded beyond their wildest dreams at their one real goal, making money for themselves and their co-conspirators.
