Sally Field Arrested For Treason

Los Angeles, California - Immediately following last night's broadcast of the Emmys, FOX News employees who had been previously deputized by the Bush Justice Department, placed the well known actress, Sally Field, under arrest for treasonous comments made during the show which was televised by FOX.

The statement that got the Academy award winning actress in trouble was censored from the broadcast and never heard. However, representatives of FOX said that Miss Field used profanity while criticizing the United States, American soldiers and motherhood. This was contradicted by eyewitnesses at the event who said that she said no such thing and was merely voicing her support for the troops by wanting them home as soon as possible. FOX would not provide an unedited clip to back up their claims but instead reiterated that, as everyone knows, they are "fair and balanced even when it comes to presenting the views of liberal traitors who hate America."

Sally Field was handcuffed and shackled before being transferred to FOX's corporate offices for interrogation. A confession is expected by tomorrow.

I heard that FOX turned her over to Jack Bauer and that her interrogation will be the first episode of 24 next season.

The main stream media (yahoo.com) reported she'd been bleeped for "taking the Lord's name in vain". I'm not kidding! Nothing about the anti-war statement which followed the 'blasphemy'.

If anybody is curious, unlike Fox Noise, the Canadian broadcast didn't cut it out, so it must be available.

KB, she started to say "goddam war" and she was cut at "god-". Raw Story has the text of the remarks.
